We need one business day to process your task and assign it to a specific designer 4. It takes 1-2 business days to get the first design. Then we send it to you for comments. 5. You provide your feedback, or, if don't like the design at all, you let us know. 6. We take the time to incorporate your changes or create a new design based on your feedback. Steps 5-6 can be repeated as many times as nessesary to get things done. 7. When you are satisfied, you approve the design. 8. We send you the source files, then we are ready to start another task for you.

Let's say you need to design a mobile app, a landing page for that app and a set of graphics for Facebook ads. We divide this big project into a series of small tasks and complete them one by one. For a mobile app, we will create several separate screens. For a landing page, we will create separate desktop and mobile versions, and so on. And for each of those tasks, we proceed step by step, one by one. In this example, we design a desktop version of a webpage first. After you approve it, we move to the mobile version.

If you decide to start in the middle of month, you still pay the full month. You can skip as many months as you want – no obligation. But we do not refund your money if you have already made a payment. If you made a payment at the beginning of the month, but did not require any work during that month, we can transfer those funds to the next month.
